摘要
建设高素质“双师型”教师队伍是加快推进职业教育现代化的基础性工作。针对“年轻教师缺方向,目标任务‘单一’”“中年教师缺动力,不能形成‘闭环’”“大龄教师缺平台,价值未充分‘挖掘’”等问题,浙江建设职业技术学院依托“双高计划”工程造价专业群,与企业联合分三个阶段开展了“双师型”教师实践教学能力探索,构建了“双师型”教师实践教学能力培养模式,并形成“制度引领,青年教师由压力转换成长动力”“团队支持,骨干教师有创收提供技术服务”“带领队伍,资深教师有平台全面持续上升”的经验。
The construction of high-quality“double-qualified”teachers is the basic work to accelerate the modernization of vocational education.In response to the problems of“young teachers lack direction,the target task is single”,“middle-aged teachers lack motivation and cannot form a closed loop”,“older teachers lack a platform,and the value is not fully excavated”,Zhejiang Construction Vocational and Technical College relies on“double-high plan”project cost specialty group,jointly with enterprises and carried out the exploration of“double-qualified”teachers’practical teaching ability in three stages,constructed a“double-qualified”teacher’s practical teaching ability training mode,and formed a“young teacher transformed from pressure to growth motivation”,“key teachers have incomegenerating and provide technical services”,“senior teachers have the experience of comprehensive and continuous improvement of the platform”.
