摘要
不断提高教师的教学技能和水平是实现教师改革的重要内容之一。基于教师发展成因关联模型,以参加“国培计划”的五名高职英语教师为研究对象,分析了他们的教学内省、教学体验、教学效果监控等教学反思发展过程,发现教学反思有利于促进教学理念和方法的改进,有利于促进教学实践能力的提升,有利于促进了学生学习的进步,这为高职教师教学技能成长和专业发展提供了借鉴。
Continuously improving teachers’ teaching skills and level is one of the important contents to realize teacher reform. Based on the correlation model of teacher development causes, taking five higher vocational English teachers who participated in the“National Training Program”as the research objects, this paper analyzes their teaching reflection development process, such as teaching introspection,teaching experience, and teaching effect monitoring, and finds that teaching reflection is beneficial to promoting the improvement of teaching concepts and methods, the improvement of teaching practice ability, and the progress of students’ learning, which provides a reference for the growth of teaching skills and professional development of higher vocational teachers.
