摘要
资本扩张是资本永无止境地追求规模增大、空间扩展、权力膨胀的历史过程,规模逻辑、空间逻辑和权力逻辑是资本扩张的三重基本逻辑。在不同的历史时代和空间场域,资本扩张的三重逻辑存在不同的展开方式。无论是资本的规模扩张还是空间扩张和权力扩张,都是一个创造性破坏的动态过程,周期性重塑现实世界的资本形态、空间景观、权力结构和规则体系,持续性导致劳动与资本、资本与资本、资本与国家以及资本与社会之间的紧张关系。引导资本有序运动并充分发挥资本扩张的积极作用、约束资本尤其是垄断资本的无序扩张,既要充分发挥市场作用和更好发挥政府作用,也要有效发挥社会调节的价值引领作用。
Capital expansion is the historical process of capital’s endless pursuit of scale increase, space extension and power expansion. The logic of scale, the logic of space and the logic of power compose the triple basic logic of capital expansion. In different historical eras and spatial fields, the triple logic of capital expansion emerges in different ways. Whether it is the scale expansion of capital or the expansion of space and power, it is a dynamic process of creative destruction, which periodically reshapes the capital form, spatial landscape, power structure and system of rules in the real world and continuously leads to the tension between labor and capital, capital and capital, capital and state, and capital and society. To introduce the orderly movement of capital and give full play to the positive role of capital expansion, and to restrain the disorderly expansion of capital, especially monopoly capital, it is necessary to take full advantage of the market, betterly play the role of the government, and effectively fulfill the value leading function of social adjustment as well.
