教师全球素养的提升路径:从教书走向育人——基于OECD的分析视角及本土化探究 被引量:5

摘要 OECD在2020年发布了学生全球胜任力测评结果后,对表现卓越的教育体系进行了案例研究,以发现有效促进全球胜任力发展的教育实践,提炼全球教师素养的核心特征及构成并于近日发布了《大局思维:为互联网的世界培养“全人”的原则与实践》报告。本研究旨在分析和阐释该报告所提出的指向全球胜任力育人实践的原则、策略以及教师素养构成,并以此为分析框架,利用TALIS2018调查数据分析中国上海教师的全球素养。本研究发现,发展教师社会情感能力,强化跨学科思维和教学能力,提升运用全球胜任力教学法等是当前落实“强师计划”培养高素质、专业化、创新型教师的有效路径。 After the launch of PISA global competence results in 2020,recently OECD released a research report,namely Big Picture Thinking:How to Educate the Whole Person for an Interconnected World,with the aim to identify effective pedagogy practices for developing global competence and reveal core characteristics of teachers’global competence through case study on high performing education system in global competence.This study aims to analyze and illustrate the principle and practice of educating global competence as well as elements of teachers’global competence as mentioned in the report.Besides,this study investigates teachers’global competence in Shanghai based on the framework proposed in the OECD report through TALIS 2018 data.This study found that improving teachers’social and emotional skills,strengthening their inter-disciplinary perspective and pedagogy as well as enhancing the comprehensive use of global pedagogy,all such are effective approaches to promote high quality,professional and innovative teaching force building in response to the implementation of strong teaching force building plan.
