高炉主皮带头轮罩挡料墙设计优化

摘要 对炉料从主皮带头轮到下部受料斗的下落轨迹进行理论计算,依据计算轨迹调整挡料墙位置,优化设计结构,达到无料钟炉顶的设计要求,对头轮罩挡料墙设计有一定的指导意义。 The falling trajectory of furnace burden from the main belt head wheel to the lower receiver hopper is calculated theoretically,the position of the Keep-off wall is adjusted according to the calculated trajectory,and the structure of the Keep-off wall is optimized to meet the design requirements of the no bell top,which has certain guiding significance for the design of the head wheel cover Keep-off wall.
