摘要
目的探讨刮宫术联合宫腔镜电切术治疗多发性子宫内膜息肉(EMP)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月至2019年1月本院收治的82例EMP患者作为研究对象,按照手术方法分为两组,各41例。电切组行宫腔镜电切术,联合组行刮宫术联合宫腔镜电切术,比较两组手术指标(手术出血量、手术时间及住院时间)、月经量、月经周期及并发症发生率、息肉复发率。结果两组手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间比较差异无统计学意义。术后2个月,两组月经量均少于术前,月经周期均短于术前,联合组月经量少于电切组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义;联合组息肉复发率为2.44%,低于电切组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刮宫术联合宫腔镜电切术治疗EMP患者效果显著,可调节月经周期,减少术后月经量,降低息肉复发率,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of curettage combined with hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of patients with endometrial multiple polyps(EMP).Methods A total of 82 patients with EMP treated in our hospital from May 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the surgical method,with 41 cases in each group.The electrotomy group underwent hysteroscopic electrotomy,and the combined group underwent curettage combined with hysteroscopic electrotomy.The operative index(surgical bleeding volume,operation time and hospitalization time),the amount of menstruation,the menstrual cycle,the rate of complication and polyp recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in surgical bleeding volume,operation time and hospitalization time between the two groups.2 months after surgery,the menstrual volume of two groups were less than before surgery,the menstrual cycle of the two groups were shorter than before surgery,and the menstrual volume in combined group was less than that in the electrotomy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups;the recurrence rate of polyps in the combined group was 2.44%,which was lower than 19.51%in the electrotomy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Curettage combined with hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of patients with EMP can adjust the menstrual cycle,reduce postoperative menstrual volume,reduce the recurrence rate of polyp,and have high safety.
