基于富集效率评价的电解铝阳极碳渣浮选回收冰晶石 被引量:2

摘要 阳极碳渣的资源综合利用是铝电解行业的重要问题之一。本文以山东魏桥铝电解碳渣为研究对象,通过泡沫浮选回收冰晶石与炭素,探索浮选过程工艺条件对碳渣分离效果的影响,并采用Fuerstenau富集曲线对试验结果进行拟合分析得到富集效率(α),将其作为评价指标评价浮选试验结果,以期优化阳极碳渣资源浮选回收效果。试验结果表明,碳渣经过40 min磨矿解离,在矿浆浓度140 g/L、捕收剂用量1000 g/t、起泡剂用量为500 g/t、矿浆pH为7的条件下比原矿直接浮选富集效率提升了12.79,效果十分显著。 The comprehensive utilization of anode carbon slag is one of the important problems in aluminum electrolysis industry.In this work,the froth flotation was adopted to recover cryolite and carbon from Shandong Weiqiao aluminum electrolytic carbon slag.The effect of flotation process conditions on the separation of carbon slag was explored.The Fuerstenau enrichment curve was used to fit and analyze test results to obtain the enrichment efficiency(α),which was used to evaluate the flotation test results,thereby optimizing the flotation recovery effect of anode carbon slag resources.The test results showed that as compared with the direct flotation of raw anode carbon slag,the flotation enrichment efficiency significantly improved by 12.79 under the following conditions:40 min of grinding the carbon slag,slurry concentration of 140 g/L,collector dosage of 1000 g/t,frother dosage of 500 g/t and pulp pH of 7.
