摘要
运用基于ArcGIS空间分析技术,通过采取泰森多边形变异系数分析、核密度分析、坡度分析、最近邻指数等空间分析方法,获取红河州增减挂钩项目拆旧区、建新安置区的空间分布规律,总结增减挂钩项目的空间分布特征,获取相关信息。结果表明,红河州增减挂钩项目拆旧区、建新安置区呈现明显的聚集分布,变异系数为229%、319%,呈现强变异。拆旧区、建新安置区分别呈现不同的分布聚集区,与实际工作中增减挂钩政策的执行力度、易地扶贫搬迁的落实情况等因素密切相关,呈现一致性,并一定程度体现脱贫攻坚和易地扶贫搬迁的成效。
Using ArcGIS-based spatial analysis technology,by adopting spatial analysis methods such as Thiessen polygon coefficient of variation analysis,kernel density analysis,slope analysis,nearest neighbor index,etc.,to study the spatial distribution law of the demolition of old areas and the construction of new resettlement areas for the increase and decrease linked project in Honghe Prefecture,summarize the spatial distribution characteristics of the increase and decrease linked items,and obtain relevant information.The results show that the demolition area and the new resettlement area of the increase/decrease linked project in Honghe prefecture show obvious clustering distribution,and the coefficients of variation are 229%and 319%,showing strong variation.The demolition of old areas and the construction of new resettlement areas have different distribution and aggregation areas,which are closely related to factors such as the implementation of the increase-decrease-linked policy in actual work and the implementation of ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation.and the effectiveness of ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation.
