摘要
医学人才是推进健康中国建设的关键生产力。在健康中国背景下,医学人才的身心健康、人文素质的培养和实践越来越重要。心理育人是新时代高校提升思想政治工作质量的需要,也是提高医学人才培养质量的重要途径。讨论积极心理学对医学院校心理育人的重要作用,基于心理育人实践经验,凝练“二五六”心理育人新模式,以助力进一步推广和实践,不断提高医学生心理健康水平,培育其形成积极心理品质,使其成为有健全人格、人文情怀的卓越医学人才。
Medical talents are the key productivity to promote the construction of“healthy China”.Under the background of“healthy China”construction,the training and practice of physical and mental health and humanistic quality of medical talents are becoming more and more important.Psychological education is the need for improving the quality of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities in the new era,and it is also an important way to improve the training quality of medical talents.This paper discusses the important role of positive psychology in the psychological education of medical schools,constructs a new model of“2·5·6”of psychological education based on the practical experience of psychological education to popularize and practice psychological education,in order to continuously improve the mental health level of medical students,cultivate them to form a positive psychological quality,and train them to be excellent medical talents with sound personality and humanistic feelings.
