摘要
目的探讨针刺结合延续性护理模式对卒中后吞咽障碍患者的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2020年5月吉安市中心人民医院、井冈山大学附属医院住院部收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者40例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合延续性护理模式,比较2组治疗前后吞咽功能评分,洼田饮水试验评分,吞咽功能特异性生活质量,日常生活活动能力。结果经治疗后2组患者的临床指标评分均优于治疗前,观察组吞咽功能评分,洼田饮水试验评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组ADL评分、吞咽特异性生活质量等级明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为85%(17/20),高于对照组的75%(15/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合延续性护理模式可明显改善卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能水平。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with continuous nursing mode on dysphagia after stroke.Methods 40 patients with dysphagia after stroke in Ji’an Central People’s Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with continuous nursing.The deglutition score,Watian drinking water test score,deglutition specific quality of life and activity of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical index scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment.The deglutition score and Watian drinking water test score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ADL score and specific quality of life of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with continuous nursing mode can improve the level of swallowing function in patients with post-stroke dysphagia.
