摘要
针对一种采用大行程压电叠堆作为执行器、锥阀作为先导阀的压电式液压半桥,基于AMESim搭建其仿真模型。对模型进行试验标定,响应时间最大误差为9.3%,输出位移最大误差为4.08%。基于该模型仿真分析在不同供油压力下压电式液压半桥的特性,静态分析表明:阀芯与阀座之间的摩擦力是造成死区电压的主要因素;在高油压下,压电式液压半桥滞回特性明显。动态分析表明:压电式液压半桥的幅值裕度为31 dB、相位裕度为140°、截止频率为637 Hz;在调节控制腔压力响应时间时须考虑复位弹簧的刚度。
Ariming at a hydraulic half bridge using large stroke piezoelectric stack as actuator and cone valve as pilot valve,its simulation model was built based on AMESim.The model was calibrated,the maximum error of response time was 9.3%,and the maximum error of output displacement was 4.08%.Based on the model,the characteristics of piezoelectric hydraulic half bridge under different oil supply pressures were simulated and analyzed.The static analysis shows that:The friction between valve core and valve seat is the main factor causing dead zone voltage;Under high oil pressure,the hysteresis characteristic of piezoelectric hydraulic half bridge is obvious.The dynamic analysis shows that the amplitude margin of the piezoelectric hydraulic half bridge is 31 dB,the phase margin is 140°,and the cut-off frequency is 637 Hz;The stiffness of the return spring must be considered when adjusting the pressure response time of the control chamber.
