氢氧化钠和赤霉素协同胁迫处理对不同贮藏年限薰衣草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Synergistic Treatment of NaOH and GA_(3) on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Lavandula angustifolia under Different Storage Years

摘要 以2017、2018、2019年采自生长在哈尔滨地区哈师大薰衣草园的薰衣草(Lavandula angustifolia Mill.)种子(贮藏时间1~3 a)为研究对象,采用不同质量分数的氢氧化钠(NaOH)溶液(0、1%、2%、3%、4%)与不同质量浓度的赤霉素(GA_(3))溶液(0、50、100、150、200 mg/L)对种子进行协同胁迫处理,以蒸馏水浸种为对照组;将种子于温室播种在54 cm×27 cm×6 cm播种盘中,试验周期14 d。以发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数为评价指标,分析氢氧化钠与赤霉素协同胁迫处理对薰衣草种子萌发的影响;以种苗的鲜质量、干质量、含水量、苗长度、苗根长度为评价指标,分析氢氧化钠与赤霉素协同胁迫处理对薰衣草幼苗生长的影响;以贮藏时间为1~3 a的种子萌发及其幼苗生长状况为评价指标,分析贮藏时间对种子萌发及其幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:经氢氧化钠与赤霉素协同胁迫处理,薰衣草种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数,均显著高于对照组。贮藏1、2 a的种子萌发进程优于贮藏3 a的种子,贮藏3 a的种子仍保持较高活力,说明研究区的薰衣草种子较耐贮藏。复合方差分析和皮尔逊(Pearson)相关性分析表明,氢氧化钠和赤霉素协同胁迫处理对薰衣草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,大于贮藏时间和氢氧化钠协同胁迫处理的影响,小于贮藏时间和赤霉素协同胁迫处理的影响。隶属函数综合分析表明,“质量分数为2%的氢氧化钠+质量浓度为50 mg/L的赤霉素”协同胁迫处理对贮藏1、3 a的种子萌发和幼苗生长的促进作用最佳,“质量分数为1%的氢氧化钠+质量浓度为100 mg/L的赤霉素”协同胁迫处理对贮藏2 a的种子各项发芽指标促进作用最明显,萌发率均超过75%;说明薰衣草对研究区的适应性良好。 Seeds of Lavandula angustifolia Mill.which has grown in lavender garden of Harbin Normal University were collected as the research material in 2017-2019.Seeds were treated under the synergistic conditions of different mass fraction NaOH(0,1%,2%,3%and 4%)and different mass concentrations GA_(3)(0,50,100 and 150 mg/L)after storage one to three years,which compared with the seeds soaked in distilled water.Seeds were sown in trays with 54 cm×27 cm×6 cm in the greenhouse for the experimental period of 14 d.The effects of synergistic treatment of NaOH and GA_(3) on the seed germination were analyzed according to the evaluation parameters of germination percentage,germination energy,germination index and vigorous index.The effects of synergistic treatment of NaOH and GA_(3) on the seedling growth were analyzed according to the evaluation parameters of seedling fresh weight,dry weight,water content,seedling length,and root length of seedlings.The effects of storage time on seed germination and seedling growth were analyzed via the seed germination and seedling growth of seeds stored for 1 to 3 a.The seeds germination percentage,germination energy,germination index,and vigor index were significantly higher than those of the control group under the synergistic treatment of NaOH and GA_(3).The germination processes of seeds stored for 1 and 2 a were better than that of seeds stored for 3 a.The seeds stored for three years still maintained the high vigor,indicating that L.angustifolia seeds had better storability.Analyses of compound variance and Pearson correlation showed that the synergistic treatment of NaOH and GA_(3) on seed germination and seedling growth was greater than that of storage time and NaOH,but less than that of storage time and GA_(3).The comprehensive analysis of membership function showed that the synergistic effects of mass fraction 2%NaOH+mass concentrations 50 mg/L GA_(3) had the best impact on seed germination index and seedling growth after one and three years of storage,while mass fraction 1%NaOH+mass concentrations 100 mg/L GA_(3) synergistic effects was the best treatment for seeds after 2-a storage.The germination percentage was more than 75%which showed that L.angustifolia has better adaptability in the research region.
