夏季降香黄檀叶片挥发物日变化分析

摘要 采用动态顶空吸附法收集降香黄檀在夏季1 d中不同时间段的叶片挥发物,应用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术分离鉴定相应化学成分。研究表明:降香黄檀叶片挥发物主要成分为烷烃类、烯烃类、醛类、酯类、酮类、芳香族化合物和有机酸。8∶00—12∶00和12∶00—18∶00降香黄檀叶片挥发物均为9种,19∶00—22∶00叶片挥发物为2种。不同时间段挥发物成分种类有所不同,含量也有较大的差异,但3个时间段均存在对乙基苯乙酮和烷烃类化合物。 In this study,the dynamic headspace adsorption technique was used to collect the leaf volatile in Dalbergia odorifera.The gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to analyze the components.The results showed that the volatiles compounds released from D.odorifera leaf were mainly alkanes,alkenes,aldehydes,esters,ketones,aromatic,and organic acids.There are 9 types of volatiles from 8∶00 to 12∶00 and from 12∶00 to 18∶00,and 2 types of volatiles from 19∶00 to 22∶00 at night.The types and contents of volatile components in different time periods were quite different,but 4-ethylacetophenone and alkane compounds existed in the three time periods.
