摘要
采纳意愿不足是导致企业数字化转型升级难以有效实施的重要影响因素。文章基于现状偏好理论构建模型,厘清采纳意愿形成的影响因素;通过问卷调查获取数据,采用偏最小二乘法对回收的问卷进行分析。结果显示:企业员工对传统工作方式的现状偏好由惰性、自我效能和感知分配公平共同作用形成;惰性是导致企业员工对数字化转型升级产生采纳意愿不足最为重要的影响因素。
Lack of adoption intention is an important influencing factor that makes it difficult for enterprises to effectively implement digital transformation and upgrading.Based on the theory of status quo preference,this paper constructs a model to clarify the influencing factors of adoption intention.The data are obtained through questionnaire survey and analyzed by partial least square method.The results show that employees'preference for traditional working style is formed by inertia,self-efficacy and perceived distributive justice;inertia is the most important factor leading to the lack of willingness of employees to adopt digital transformation and upgrading.
