摘要
提高农业科研院所科研档案管理水平,有利于促进农业科技创新。文章以湖北省农业科学院植保土肥研究所为例,阐述了科研档案的管理现状、取得的成效,剖析了存在的不足,提出了加强管理队伍建设、提高科研人员档案意识、加快信息化建设、加强科研档案开发利用等推动科研档案高效管理的建议,以期为新形势下农业科研院所科研档案的高质量发展提供借鉴。
Improving the archives management of agricultural research institutions is benefit for promoting the innovation of agricultural science and technology.Taking Institute of Plant Protection and Soil Science,Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case,the current management status and achievements of scientific research archives were illustrated and the problems analyzed in the paper.Moreover,suggestions for promote efficient management of scientific research archives were put forward from the aspects of strengthening the construction of management team,improving archival awareness of researcher,speeding up information construction,increasing development and utilization.This will provide guidelines for the high-quality development of scientific research archives management in the new situation.
