摘要
为了提高汽车零配件挤压铸造计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)的效率,帮助企业快速实现CAPP业务流程的变更,研究了基于面向服务架构(SOA)的轻合金挤压铸造CAPP系统。将挤压铸造CAPP中的不同功能单元/服务进行拆分,采用中立、标准、松散耦合的方式,通过业务、设计、验证、归档的控制流程将它们重新组合集成并提供给用户。基于Cordys,利用Web技术调用接口,采用企业服务总线(ESB)技术集成服务、实现了集工艺设计、仿真、验证、分析一体的轻合金挤压铸造CAPP系统。分析了基于Web服务的系统体系结构,并针对应用实施探讨了系统智能协作和服务集成的原理和方法。以轮毂为实例,简要阐述和分析了系统的实施过程。该研究的创新性在于:基于SOA构建了CAPP系统,可以将原子化的业务、设计、仿真、归档等服务进行重新整合使用,大大减少工艺反复验证和调试的时间,提高了效率。
To improve the efficiency of computer-aided process planning(CAPP)for auto parts extrusion casting and to help companies quickly realize the change of CAPP business process,a light alloy extrusion casting CAPP system based on service-oriented architecture(SOA)is studied.The different functional units/services in the extrusion casting CAPP are split,and they are recombined and integrated in a neutral,standard,and loosely coupled way through the control process of business,design,verification,and archiving to provide users.Based on Cordys,a light alloy extrusion casting CAPP system integrating process design,simulation,verification,and analysis is implemented by using Web technology call interfaces and enterprise service bus(ESB)technology to integrate services.The system architecture based on Web services is analyzed,and the principles and methods of intelligent collaboration and service integration are discussed for the application implementation,and the system implementation process is briefly explained and analyzed with a wheel example.The innovation lies in the fact that the CAPP system is built based on SOA,which can reintegrate and use the atomized business,design,simulation and archiving services,greatly reducing the time for repeated process verification and debugging and improving the efficiency.
