摘要 连续小线段是空间复杂曲线曲面最广泛的表达形式,但在数控加工中存在很多不足之处。目前,基于B样条曲线拟合是提高连续小线段加工非常有效的方法。然而,将连续小线段的型值点作为B样条拟合的控制点,曲线拟合精度难以控制。因此,本文在继承B样条曲线优点的基础上,提出了一种基于三次B样条曲线高精度拟合连续小线段的方法。该方法通过转角误差分析和双边弓高误差分析来筛选满足精度需求的型值点;根据路径凹凸特性将可拟合的型值点集进行分段插值拟合为B样条曲线;为了进一步提高拟合曲线的精度,采用误差分析模块来估计和控制拟合精度。实验结果表明,所提出来的算法无迭代,实时性好,拟合精度可控。 Continuous small line segments are the most extensive expression form of spatial complex curves and surfaces, but there are many shortcomings in numerical control machining. B-spline curve fitting is a very effective method to improve continues small line segments machining. But it is difficult to control the accuracy of B-spline when the type value points is taken as the control points. In this paper, a method of cubic B-spline fitting continuous small line segments with high precision is presented. Firstly,the algorithm selects the type value points that meet the fitting requirements through the error of rotation angle and the error of bilateral bow height. Then, the type value points that can be fitted are segmented by the concave-convex characteristics. Finally, the error analysis module is adopted to ensure that the fitting curve is within the precision control range. The experimental results show that the algorithm is real-time without iteration. And it has high fitting rate and controllable fitting precision.
