摘要
涉外法治人才建设,应当探索运用闭环式人才培养模式,构建一套规范化、系统化、全流程的涉外法治人才培养机制,形成人才培养的良性循环。闭环式涉外法治人才培养模式应具有前瞻规划性、多方共建性、引导支持性和反思检视性,并应在三个关键环节着力:在法律外语培养环节,应当夯实学生的普通外语沟通能力,加强法律外语应用能力的培养,塑造外国法思维;在国际化专业课程建设环节,可以探索中外教师联合授课模式以及“研究生+本科生”小组合作学习模式,精选多元化、国际化能力提升课程;在实践和就业环节,应当打造高水平、精细化的实务、实训课程体系,加强实习环节的精准对接与就业阶段的介入引导。
In the process of foreign-related legal talents cultivation, the mode of “closed-loop talents cultivation” is suggested to be introduced so as to establish standardized, systematic and full-process methods which lead to sustainable talents development. The closed-loop cultivating mode should be equipped with forward-looking planning, multi-party co-construction, supportive guidance,and reflective inspection. And the following three key links should be emphasized. Firstly, for the professional foreign language, it is important to consolidate students’ ordinary communication skills, strengthen their legal language abilities,and build a foreign law legal mentality. In terms of the construction of an international professional curriculum, a “Sino-foreign joint-teaching” mode and a “postgraduate + undergraduate” group cooperative learning mode need to be explored,meanwhile, a delicate selection of diversified, international ability-improving courses are also required. Concerning the practice of law and employment, high-level and elaborative practice course system should be designed, simultaneously, close contact with the practice field and career guidance is indispensable.
