摘要
由于涂料材质不耐腐蚀或者涂料施工方式不合理,钢结构建筑防腐蚀层容易受到破坏,鉴于硅烷改性聚醚胶的防水性能,以硅烷改性聚醚胶作为长适用期钢结构的建筑密封胶,研究其防腐蚀特性。采用硅烷改性聚醚树脂、降黏剂等原料制备长适用期钢板用硅烷改性聚醚胶;研究不同原料成分及用量对硅烷改性聚醚胶断裂伸长率、弹性恢复率、拉伸强度等性能的影响。实验结果显示:随着预聚物粘度的增加,硅烷改性聚醚胶粘度提升,挤出率降低,断裂伸长率提升;50%~60% 的 CaCO;与 12 份的增塑剂可有效提升密封胶抗拉力强度、降低密封胶粘度;当密封胶的降黏剂是 60% 聚醚多元醇时,密封胶具有最大弹性恢复率;添加 0.8% 防霉剂,胶体防霉效果最好;密封胶的抗拉力强度在低温环境下效果较好;硅烷改性聚醚胶具有较强的紫外线辐照抵抗能力,受高温高湿环境影响显著,耐寒性较好;经硅烷改性聚醚胶加固后钢板的承载力有效提升。
Because the coating material is not corrosion resistant or unreasonable construction method, the corrosion prevention layer of steel structure building is easily damaged. Given the waterproof performance of silane modified polyether glue, silane modi? ed polyether glue is used as the building sealant of long-applicable period steel structure to study its anti-corrosion properties.Silane modi? ed polyether gel for long applicable steel plate was prepared using silane modi? ed polyether resin and adhesive agent,and the in? uence of diff erent raw material components and dosage on the fracture elongation, elastic recovery rate and tensile strength of silane modi? ed polyther gel were studied. The experimental results showed that with the increase of prepolymer viscosity, the viscosity of silane modi? ed polyether gum increased, the extrusion rate decreased and the elongation at break increased;50%~60%CaCO;and 12 parts of plasticizer can eff ectively improve the tensile strength of sealant and reduce the viscosity of sealant;When the viscosity reducer of sealant is 60% polyether polyol, the sealant has the maximum elastic recovery rate;Adding 0.8% fungicide,the eff ect of colloid fungicide is the best;The tensile strength of sealant is better in low temperature environment;Silane modi? ed polyether adhesive has strong ultraviolet radiation resistance, is significantly affected by high temperature and high humidity environment, and has good cold resistance;After being reinforced with silane modi? ed polyether adhesive, the bearing capacity of the steel plate is eff ectively improved.
