松软破碎煤层定向长钻孔高效抽采技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 为有效解决松软破碎煤层透气性低导致的抽采效率低的问题,利用超大功率的ZYL-17000D定向钻机实现在松软破碎煤层中进行长距离钻进,采用随钻测量装置对长钻孔施工时出现的实际钻孔轨迹与设计钻孔轨迹进行实时比对,对存在偏差的钻孔进行及时纠偏,实现钻孔轨迹的实时跟踪控制。并在长平矿松软破碎煤层中进行现场施工,实现了钻孔长度达到300m的技术突破,每米钻孔抽采纯流量达到0.025m^(3)/min,与同一区域的普通顺层钻孔相比,抽采量提高了20.8倍,施工周期缩短了78d。大功率定向钻机长距离钻进的实验成功,验证了大功率定向钻机满足松软破碎煤层瓦斯治理需要,为松软破碎煤层的瓦斯治理提供了一种新的瓦斯治理思路。 Aiming at the low extraction efficiency caused by low permeability of soft and broken coal seams,the super-high-power ZYL-17000 D directional drilling rig is used for long-distance drilling in soft and broken coal seam.The measurement while drilling device is used to compare the actual and designed drilling trajectory during long drilling construction in real-time,and correct the drilling deviation in real-time,control the drilling trajectory in real-time.Through the on-site construction in the soft and broken coal seam of Changping Mine,an over-300 m borehole is constructed,and the net extraction flow per meter of drilling hole is 0.025 m^(3)/min.Compared with the ordinary bedding drilling in the same area,the extraction volume is increased by 20.8 times and the construction period is shortened by 78 d.The test of verifies that the super-high-power directional drilling rig meets the needs of gas control in soft and broken coal seams,and provides a new idea for gas control under such conditions.
