全预制式电缆户外终端硅橡胶绝缘的老化分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了探究长期服役对电缆户外终端绝缘老化的影响,对退役硅橡胶绝缘户外终端进行研究,分别对绝缘样品的材料特性、陷阱参数、介电特性和热学性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明,同一运行年限的户外终端硅橡胶绝缘其老化状态不同;随着电缆户外终端服役时间的增加,硅橡胶绝缘的体积电阻率下降,陷阱能级变浅,材料分解温度和残余质量下降;硅橡胶绝缘的体积电阻率、陷阱参数分布和热失重分析可有效评价电缆户外终端绝缘的老化状态。 In order to explore the influence of long-term service on the insulation aging of cable terminals,the retired silicone rubber insulated outdoor terminals were studied.The material properties,trap parameters,dielectric properties,and thermal properties of the insulation samples were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the aging state of the silicone rubber samples with the same service life may be different.With the increase of service life of cable terminals,the volume resistivity was lower,the trap energy level of silicone rubber insulation was shallower,the decomposition temperature and residual mass declined.The volume resistivity,trap distribution,and thermogravimetric analysis can effectively evaluate the aging state of the outdoor cable terminal insulation.
