摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时快速测定地表水中钼、钴、铍、钡、钒、铊、硼、锑、镍、钛的方法。通过调谐优化仪器工作参数,利用在线内标校正、碰撞反应池消除质谱干扰,样品经过膜过滤、加入酸基体匹配后直接测定。10种元素的质量浓度在2~100μg/L范围内线性良好,线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.01~0.36μg/L。该方法测定标准物质的结果均在标准值允许范围内,相对误差为0%~7.4%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.4%~5.3%(n=6),样品加标回收率为83.0%~104.0%。
The method was established for fast and simultaneous determination of Mo,Co,Be,Ba,V,Tl,B,Sb,Ni,and Ti in surface water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The instrument operating parameters were optimized,online internal calibration correction and collision reaction pool were used to eliminate mass spectrometry interference,and the samples were directly determined after membrane filtration and acid matrix matching.The mass concentration of the 10 elements was linearly good in the range of 2 to 100μg/L,the linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.999 and the detection limits ranged from 0.01 to 0.36μg/L.The measurement results of certified reference materials were within the standard deviation with the relative error of 0%–7.4%,the relative standard deviations of detection result were 0.4%–5.3%(n=6),the recovery rates of sample standard were 83.0%–104.0%.
