摘要
在“互联网+”蓬勃发展的大背景下,电商经济也在促进农村经济发展和提高农村居民收入方面扮演着重要角色。本文基于2013—2019年中国25个省域农村至少建立了一家淘宝村的情况展开实证分析,探究农村电商经济发展对城乡居民收入差距的影响。结果表明,农村电商经济发展确实有利于缩小城乡居民收入差距,并且这一效应存在着区域差异性,在电商经济发达地区的效果更为明显。此外,加快城镇化进程也有助于缩小城乡收入差距,在欠发达地区也能够发挥缩小差距的作用。基于此,本文也提出了相应的对策建议:一是继续大力推动农村电商的发展;二是采取措施缩小电商经济发展的区域差异;三是因地制宜发展电商经济。
In the context of the vigorous development of “Internet +”, the e-commerce economy also plays an important role in promoting the development of the rural economy and increasing the income of rural residents. Based on the fact that at least one Taobao village was established in 25 rural areas of China from 2013 to 2019, this paper conducts an empirical analysis to explore the impact of rural e-commerce economic development on the income gap between urban and rural residents. The results show that the economic development of rural e-commerce is indeed conducive to narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents, and there are regional differences in this effect, and the effect is more obvious in the developed areas of e-commerce. In addition, accelerating the process of urbanization will also help narrow the urban-rural income gap, and it can also play a role in narrowing the gap in less developed areas. Based on this, this paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: first, continue to vigorously promote the development of rural e-commerce;second, take measures to narrow the regional differences in e-commerce economic development;third, develop e-commerce economy according to local conditions.
