摘要
通过对定宽机弧形板的失效宏观形貌、化学成分、机械性能及金相组织的分析和检测,发现弧形板失效属于接触疲劳失效,是由于弧形板热处理和加工工艺不当造成弧形板基体强度和硬度偏低、有效硬化层薄且硬度梯度过陡造成的。在此基础上,提出了弧形板国产化的技术要求,改进弧形板的加工工艺,实现了弧形板的国产化。
By detection and analysis of macroscopic morphology,chemical composition,mechanical performance and metallographic structure analysis of the failure rocker plate in slab-sizing-press,it has been found that the failure of rocker plate is contact fatigue failure,which is caused by weak substrate strength,low substrate hardness,inadequate effective hardened case and too steep hardness gradient because of improper heat treatment and processing technology.Based on the failure analysis,the technique requirement for the domestic manufacturing of the rocker plate has been forward,improving the the processing technology and realizing the domestic manufacturing of the rocker plate.
