摘要
立德树人是高校的立身之本,以文化人是高校图书馆的时代使命和特色优势。高校图书馆文化底蕴深厚,蕴含着丰富的文化资源,其以文化人的主要途径为环境滋养和活动培育,主要方式为濡化与涵化。为了更进一步探究高校图书馆的以文化人机制,文章基于学习服务活动视角,从一种场景精神际会、两种形式(资源服务形式与素质培育形式)协同增效、三种要素(情境、资源、支架)动静交融、四种特征(共生性的要素协同、沉浸化的整体化育、螺旋式的交互递进、共同体的动态生成)整体呈现等四个方面进行深入解析,并结合北京大学图书馆建设大钊阅览室开展革命文化教育方面的成功经验加以具体说明。
Moral education is the core duty of colleges and universities,and culture education is the mission and advantage of academic libraries.Academic libraries are rich in culture heritage and resources.This paper summarizes the two major channels of culture education for academic libraries,namely environment nourishment and activity cultivation,and the two major ways,namely enculturation and acculturation.In order to explore the mechanism of culture education in academic libraries further,this paper,based on the perspective of learning service activities,analyzes from four aspects,including spiritual interconnection of a scene,synergy of two forms(resource service form and quality development form),dynamic integration of three elements(situations,resources and scaffolding),and overall display of four characteristics(symbiotic synergy of elements,immersion of overall education,spiral of interactive progression,and dynamic generation of community),and meanwhile exemplifies the four aspects with the successful practices of the Dazhao Reading Room in the Peking University Library in carrying out revolutionary culture education.
