摘要
针对目前市场上机械故障诊断产品存在的不足,研发了多功能机械系统故障综合模拟试验台。试验台采用模块化设计,通过不同模块组合实现用户需求,可以快速模拟转子、轴承及齿轮各种类型单一故障或耦合故障。试验台阶梯轴及齿轮箱的设计保证在模拟故障时操作简便,同时配套开发了故障模拟的虚拟仿真教学平台,采用了虚实结合的教学模式。经过多年的教学实践,教学效果显著。
In this paper,aiming at the shortage of mechanical fault diagnosis equipment on the market at present,a multi-functional mechanical system fault simulation test bench is developed.The test bench is modular in design.Through different combinations,users can preset various single and coupling faults according to their needs.The test bench can quickly simulate single fault or coupling fault of various types of rotor,bearing and gear.The design of step shaft and gear box ensures that the test bench is easy to operate when simulating faults.A fault simulation teaching platform has been developed for the test bench,and the teaching mode combining virtual with reality has been realized.After several years of teaching practice,the teaching effect is outstanding.
