摘要
以柚皮为原料,采用水热法在180℃下制备改性柚皮炭,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其进行表征,并考察了吸附温度、pH、吸附时间和Cu^(2+)初始质量浓度对其吸附性能的影响。结果表明:在50mL初始质量浓度为80mg/L的Cu^(2+)模拟废水中,当吸附剂用量为0.08g,吸附温度为40℃,吸附时间为60min时,改性柚皮炭对Cu^(2+)的吸附量可达31.86mg/g。改性柚皮炭对Cu^(2+)的吸附符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir热力学模型,表明吸附过程为化学吸附为主的单分子层吸附;从热力学函数说明吸附过程为自发进行的熵增吸热过程。
Using pomelo peel as raw material,the modified pomelo peel carbon was prepared by hydrothermal method at 180℃.It was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of adsorption temperature,pH,adsorption time and initial mass concentration of Cu^(2+) on its adsorption performance were investigated.The results showed that when the adsorbent amount was 0.08g,the adsorption temperature was 40℃,and the adsorption time was 60min,the adsorption capacity of the carbon for Cu^(2+) could reach 31.86mg/g in 50mL of Cu^(2+) simulated wastewater with an initial mass concentration of 80mg/L.The adsorption of Cu^(2+) by the carbon conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir thermodynamic model,indicating that the adsorption process was monolayer adsorption dominated by chemical adsorption.According to the thermodynamic function,the adsorption process was a spontaneous entropy-increasing and endothermic process.
