基于Fluent的顶导向套筒单座调节阀流场数值模拟

摘要 建立顶导向套筒单座调节阀三维模型,基于Fluent对其进行数值模拟,通过对比不同开度下的压力云图、速度云图和流线图分析其流动规律,得到不同开度的流量系数和流阻系数;开展阀门流量流阻试验,将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,数值模拟的可行性和准确性得以验证。 In this paper,having 3D model of top guide sleeve single-seat valve was established,including having Fluent adopted to simulate it and having the flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient under different opening degrees obtained by comparing the pressure cloud diagram,velocity cloud diagram and flow diagram under different opening degrees and analyzing their flow rule.Through flow resistance test on the valves and having numerical simulation results compared with the experimental results,the feasibility and accuracy of the numerical simulation were verified.
