摘要 随着新技术、新创造和新金融的发展以及互联网的快速普及,“新零售”作为传统零售方式的改良和创新,融入了大数据、云计算等新技术,线上线下与物流相融合,打破了销售边界,逐渐成为未来社会经济变革的主要方向。“新零售”的发展一方面弥补了传统零售的短板,重塑零售业态结构与生态圈的零售新模式,塑造出一批优秀的零售企业,推动了零售业的进步,但同时也存在着自身的局限性,如受技术制约、物流效率低、缺乏法律监督和管理机制监督等,给行业的发展带来一定负面影响。因此,从信息流、数据流、资金流、物流和服务流等一些影响新零售企业可持续发展的因素进行分析,构建用户黏度、新零售企业竞争力、线上线下结合度、定位精准度等用于评估企业新零售可持续性发展的评价指标,为新零售企业升级转型、拓展市场提供理论参考。 With the development of new technology, new creation and new finance, and the rapid popularization of Internet, as the improvement and innovation of traditional retail mode, the new retail integrates into new technologies such as the big data and cloud computing, integrates OTO and logistics, broke the sales border, has gradually become the main direction of the future social and economic change. The development of the new retail makes up for the traditional retail, reshapes the retail a new mode of the structure and the ecosystem of retailing forms, creates a group of outstanding retail enterprises and promotes the progress of the retail, but it still has its own limitations, such as controlled by technology, low logistics efficiency, the lack of legal supervision and supervision of management mechanism, which has brought certain negative influence to the development of the industry. Therefore, analyzing influencing factors of sustainable development of new retail enterprises in terms of the information flow, data flow, cash flow, logistics and service flow, the study builds user viscosity, new retail enterprise competitiveness, OTO combination degree and positioning precision as evaluation index of new retail enterprise sustainable development, and provides the theoretical reference for the new retail enterprise upgrading and transformation and develop the market.
