基于区间线性规划的用户侧综合能源系统源-储配置方法 被引量:8

Source-storage Configuration for User-side Integrated Energy System Based on Interval Linear Programming

摘要 建设用户侧综合能源系统能够推动能源低碳转型,是实现“双碳”目标的有效路径,但源-荷两侧的双重不确定性对其最优规划提出了挑战。该文针对用户侧综合能源系统,充分考虑季节和日内时序特性,耦合能量互动机制,采用源-荷功率置信区间以量化表征源-荷波动范围,以设备容量配置与布局的经济性最优为目标,综合考虑设备容量、管网运行、交流潮流等约束,进而构建计及源-荷不确定性的多能系统区间规划模型,并基于区间线性规划理论将模型中的区间约束转化为确定性约束,形成混合整数线性规划模型。算例表明所提考虑不确定性的区间规划模型鲁棒性较强,可以增强面对不确定场景的普遍适应能力,且在保证系统可靠供电的同时提高系统的运行经济性。 The construction of user-side integrated energy system will promote the energy low-carbon transformation,which is the effective path to achieve the goal of “carbon peaking and carbon neutralization”.However,the double uncertainties of source and load pose a big challenge to its optimal planning.For the user-side integrated energy system,this paper fully considers the seasonal and within-a-day timing characteristics.Coupling with the energy interaction mechanism,the source-load power confidence interval is used to quantify the source-load fluctuation range.Aiming at the economic optimization of equipment capacity configuration and layout and taking the constraints into account,such as equipment capacity,pipe network operation and AC power flow,a multi-energy system interval programming model considering the uncertainties is constructed.Then based on the interval linear programming theory,the interval constraints in the model are transformed into deterministic constraints to form a mixed integer linear programming model.Calculation example shows that the proposed interval programming model with the uncertainties in consideration is strong in robust.It enhances the general adaptability to the uncertain scenarios,and improves the operation economy of the system while ensuring the reliable power supply.
