摘要
2021年6月20日,国家能源局发布《关于报送整县(市、区)屋顶分布式光伏开发试点方案的通知》,要求加快整县(市、区)屋顶分布式光伏的开发,由此分布式光伏迎来了黄金发展期。随着国家“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标的提出和分布式光伏发电行业的不断成熟,越来越多的工商业、企业、居民用户、公共事业选择安装分布式光伏发电系统,而分布式光伏工程建设管理是决定分布式光伏电站质量优劣的关键。浅析了分布式光伏建设的管理方法和管理重点,确保工程建设在安全、质量、进度、投资方面始终处于受控和在控,以助力分布式光伏优质工程的建设,为经济绿色发展和生态环境保护提供了借鉴和参考。
On June 20, 2021,the National Energy Administration issued "notice on submitting the pilot scheme for rooftop distributed photovoltaic development in the whole county(city, district)",which will accelerate the development of rooftop distributed photovoltaic in the whole county(city and district) and the development of distributed photovoltaic projects will ushers in a golden development period. With the proposal of national "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" strategic objectives and the continuous maturity of distributed photovoltaic power generation industry, more and more enterprises, industrial and commercial, residential users and public utilities choose to install distributed photovoltaic power generation system, and the engineering construction management of distributed photovoltaic project is the core to determine the advantages and disadvantages of distributed photovoltaic power station.Management methods and key points of distributed photovoltaic construction are analyzed to ensure that the project construction is always under control in terms of safety, quality, progress and investment, so as to help the construction of high-quality distributed photovoltaic projects and provide reference for green economic development and ecological environment protection.
