摘要
针对发动机缸体多油路毛刺问题,设计了一种电化学多回路脉冲去毛刺设备,介绍了设备主机、工具电极、脉冲电源、控制系统等关键点的设计思路,并通过与电化学多回路直流去毛刺设备进行对比试验,检验了设备的加工性能。结果表明:电化学多回路脉冲去毛刺设备有效提高了工件表面加工质量,可满足发动机缸体的多油路去毛刺需求。
Aiming at the problem of burrs in multi oil circuits for engine cylinder,an electrochemical multi circuit pulse deburring equipment was designed.The design ideas of key points such as equipment host,tool electrode,pulse power supply and control system were introduced,and the processing performance of the equipment was tested by comparison with the electrochemical multi circuit direct-current deburring equipment.The result showed that the electrochemical multi pulse deburring equipment effectively improves the machining quality of the workpiece,and can meet the needs of multi oil circuit deburring for the engine cylinder.
