摘要
为探究健康旅游的发展现状和未来发展方向,选取2001—2020年国内外健康旅游领域相关文献并进行筛选,对健康旅游领域文献总体概况、研究热点与研究趋势进行分析,从健康旅游研究的产业融合视角、资源开发视角、旅游者行为视角、人地关系视角进行研究评述。研究发现:健康旅游研究议题演进逐渐多元化和特色化,健康旅游研究方法多样化,健康旅游研究视角差异化。未来的研究应重点关注以下方面:丰富健康旅游的研究范围,健康旅游与其他行业之间的融合研究,健康旅游的负面影响,中医药旅游和医疗旅游等一批专项旅游研究。
In order to explore the current development status and future development direction of health tourism, this paper selected and screened domestic and international literature related to the field of health tourism from 2001 to 2020.Then, this paper analyzed the general overview of literature, research hotspots and research trends in the field of health tourism, and reviewed the research from the perspectives of industry integration, resource development, tourist behavior, and human-land relationship in health tourism research.The results showed: The evolution of health-tourism′s research topics was gradually diversifying and characterizing, health-tourism′s research methods tend to diversify, and health-tourism′s research perspectives had differentiated characteristics.Future research should focus on enriching the research scope of health tourism, research on the integration between health tourism and other industries, negative impacts of health tourism, and research on a group of special tourism such as Chinese medicine tourism and medical tourism.
