摘要
目的观察精准护理在老年髋关节置换早期康复中的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月行髋关节置换手术的老年患者220例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组实施常规护理,干预组接受专业团队基于风险预测的精准护理干预,于干预前、出院时、出院后1个月、3个月、6个月分别评价两组患者的髋关节功能、生活能力、焦虑状态,并比较两组患者的首次下床活动时间和住院时间。结果干预组髋关节置换患者出院后1个月、3个月和6个月髋关节功能评分和生活自理能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而焦虑问卷评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组首次下床活动时间与对照组比较显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论精准护理可缩短髋关节置换患者下床活动时间,加快髋关节功能的恢复,改善自理能力,缓解焦虑状态。精准护理干预模式对于提高老年髋关节置换手术患者的预后与临床疗效作用明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the application of precise nursing in the early rehabilitation of elderly patients underwent hip replacement of clinical.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,220 elderly patients underwent hip replacement were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The control group received routine nursing,the intervention group received precise nursing based on risk prediction by a professional team.The hip function,living ability and anxiety state of the two groups were evaluated before intervention,at discharge,1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge,and the first ambulation time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of hip function and self-care ability in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 1,3 and 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).The anxiety scale score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1,3 and 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).The time of the first movement of the intervention group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Precise nursing can shorten the ambulation time of hip replacement patients,accelerate the recovery of hip function,improve self-care ability and alleviate anxiety.The precise nursing intervention model has an obvious effect on improving the prognosis and clinical efficacy of elderly patients with hip replacement,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
