摘要 利用磁控溅射法制备[Co_(90)Fe_(10)(2.8Å)/Pt(12Å)]_(3)反常霍尔薄膜,分析了其噪声。反常霍尔薄膜低频噪声呈1/f^(2)形式,这可能与反常霍尔效应的机制有关。低频噪声与霍尔电压都能够反映薄膜内部的磁畴随外场的变化。霍尔电压的热噪声是由薄膜磁畴的分布决定的,低场下热噪声较小,有磁畴翻转或是巴克豪森跳跃时热噪声明显增大,热噪声达到最大值与霍尔电压达到极值不同步。 [Co_(90)Fe_(10)(2.8Å)/Pt(12Å)]_(3) anomalous Hall multilayers were prepared by magnetron sputtering,and its noise was analyzed.The low-frequency noise in multilayers was in 1/f^(2) form,which may be related to the mechanism of the anomalous Hall effect.Both low frequency noise and Hall voltage can reflect the magnetic domain inside the multilayers with the magnetic field.The thermal noise in multilayers was decided by the distribution of magnetic domains,which was low when in low magnetic field and increase rapidly when there were rolling-over of magnetic domains or Barkhausen jumps.The maximum value of thermal noise is not synchronized with the extreme value of Hall voltage.
