全漂浮旋转下套管技术在南海某油田的应用 被引量:1

摘要 大位移井在下套管时经常会因为摩阻大而无法下到位,且常规漂浮下套管技术又存在漂浮接箍易失效、漂浮接箍破裂盘击破压力大、遇阻时几乎没有处理手段、激动压力大易压漏地层、灌浆置换空气时间长等问题。南海某油田在国内应用全漂浮旋转下套管技术来解决大位移井下套管难题;应用情况分析表明:该项技术能够极大的降低大位移井下套管时的摩阻,处理复杂情况的手段更多,几乎可以保证大位移井套管下到位,降低作业风险。该技术相较于全漂浮下套管技术可以显著增加套管下入悬重,且悬重随转速的增加而增加;采用全漂浮旋转下套管相较于全漂浮不旋转下套管速度略慢。 When running casing in extended reach wells,it is often difficult to run in place due to high friction.In addition,the conventional floating casing running technology has some problems,such as easy failure of floating coupling,high breaking pressure of floating coupling rupture disc,almost no treatment means when encountering resistance,high exciting pressure,easy formation leakage,long time for grouting to replace air,etc.An oilfield in South China Sea has applied the full floating rotary casing running technology in China to solve the problem of large displacement downhole casing.The application analysis shows that this technology can greatly reduce the friction of casing in extended reach well,and there are more means to deal with complex situations,which can almost ensure that the casing in extended reach well is in place and reduce the operation risk.Compared with full floating casing running technology,this technology can significantly increase the suspended weight of casing running,and the suspended weight increases with the increase of rotating speed.The casing running speed with full floating rotation is slightly slower than that without full floating rotation.
