摘要
对出口澳大利亚货车的20个已运用车钩钩舌进行了疲劳试验,并对裂纹扩展过程进行了全程监测。根据疲劳试验结果,运用疲劳应用统计学的单侧容限系数法,基于95%存活率和90%置信度得出了剩余寿命与对应的裂纹长度的关系,可为出口澳大利亚货车车钩钩舌日常检修提供参考。
The fatigue tests are carried out on 20 coupler knuckle exported to Australia freight cars,and the whole process of crack propagation is monitored.According to the fatigue test results,the one-side tolerance factor method of fatigue application statistics is used to determine the crack limit corresponding to various remaining useful life based on 95%survival rate and 90%confidence.
