摘要
高含水油泥是指含水率≥85%的油田和炼厂的含油浮渣、池底泥、罐底泥和被原油污染的水基泥浆等,成分复杂,黏度、比阻和可压缩性系数大,乳化严重、稳定性强,难沉降、过滤性差的复杂多相乳化体系,是后续处理处置的瓶颈。为改善高含水油泥脱水性能、提高其脱水效率,需要对油泥进行调质脱稳预处理。文章分析了高含水油泥的组成、水的赋存状态、特点和处理难点,归纳了高含水油泥调质脱稳的主要技术,包括物理法、化学法、热法和生物法,总结了上述方法的优缺点和高含水油泥调质脱稳存在的问题,对高含水油泥调质脱稳技术的发展方向进行了展望,以期为高含水油泥的处理处置提供参考。
High moisture oil-sludge is a multiphase emulsification system of oily scum,pond and tank sediment produced in oilfields and refineries.Commonly,the water-cut of high moisture oil-sludge was higher than 85%.Since the high moisture oil-sludge has the characteristics of serious emulsification,high viscosity,specific resistance and compressibility coefficient,strong stability,hard to settling and poor filtration,it has become the bottleneck of subsequent processing.In order to improve the dehydration efficiency,it is necessary to adjust and destabilize the high moisture oil sludge.Firstly,this paper analyzed the composition of high moisture oil-sludge,the existence status of interlayer water,the characteristics and treatment difficulties of high moisture oil-sludge.Secondly,the main technologies of high moisture oil-sludge adjustment and destabilization,including physical methods,chemical methods,thermal methods and biological methods were summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of the four methods and the existing problems of high moisture oil-sludge adjustment and destabilization were compared.Finally,the future development direction of the adjustment and destabilization technologies was proposed.This study may provide several ideas for the development of high moisture oil-sludge treatment and disposal.
