摘要
目的分析糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、尿酸(UA)以及血糖水平的相关性。方法随机选取2019年1月-2020年12月收治的2型糖尿病肾病患者54例,将其命名为研究1组,再选取同期收治的普通2型糖尿患者(未合并肾病和其他糖尿病相关并发症)54例,将其命名为研究2组,再选取同一时间段进行健康体检的正常人54例,将其命名为对照组,三组受检者均接受尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、尿酸(UA)和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)检测,分析三者之间的相关性。结果(1)研究1组患者的尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、尿酸(UA)和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)检测结果均明显高于研究1组和对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。研究1组患者三项检测结果均明显高于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。(2)糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、尿酸(UA)和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平成正相关性,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论糖尿病肾病患者的mAlb、UA、HbAlc水平明显高于健康人和未合并发生肾病的普通Ⅱ型糖尿病患者,而且血糖水平越高,其mAlb、UA水平越高。
Objective To analyze the correlation between urinary albumin(mAlb),uric acid(UA)and blood sugar level in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 54 cases of type II diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from January 2019 to December in-2020 were randomly selected.They were named as study group 1,and then 54 cases of general type II diabetes mellitus(without nephropathy and other diabetic related complications)were selected in our hospital during the same period.The patients were named as 2 groups of research,and 54 healthy persons in the same period were selected for physical examination in our hospital.It was named as the control group.The subjects in the three groups were tested for urinary microalbumin(mAlb),uric acid(UA)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc).Results(1)the results of urinary microalbumin(mAlb),uric acid(UA)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)in study group 1 were significantly higher than those in study group 1 and control group(P<0.05).The three test results of patients in Study 1 group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)there was a positive correlation between urinary albumin(mAlb),uric acid(UA)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)in patients with diabetic nephropathy,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusions The levels of mAlb,UA and HbAlc in patients with diabetic nephropathy are significantly higher than those in healthy people and those without type 2 diabetes mellitus.The higher the level of blood glucose,the higher the level of mAlb and UA.
