摘要
随着媒体融合的深入推进,知识服务在智慧化层面发生了重大且深刻的变化。面对纷繁复杂的知识表现形态,数字图书馆现有的知识服务方式已经不能满足用户个性化、高层次的需求。媒体融合背景下,数字图书馆知识服务要创新协同采集、发现推荐、共享存取、版权规制的普惠性、均等化服务模式,在进行个性化、精准化、深层次的知识挖掘和知识呈现的基础上,构建适应媒体融合环境的服务体系,打造全媒体融合的开放性知识推荐传播链,提高精准分析信息并向知识层次转化的能力。
With the in-depth advancement of media convergence, knowledge services have undergone significant and profound changes at the level of intelligence. Faced with the complexity of knowledge representation, the existing knowledge service methods of digital library can no longer meet the personalized and high-level needs of users. In the context of media convergence, digital library knowledge services should innovate the inclusive and equalized service model of collaborative collection, discovery and recommendation, shared access, and copyright regulation. On the basis of personalized, precise, indepth knowledge mining and knowledge presentation, we should build a service system that adapts to the media convergence environment, create an open knowledge recommendation and dissemination chain for all media convergence, and improve the ability to accurately analyze information and transform to knowledge level.
