摘要
为了评价堵漏工作液的固化硬度,考察了不同堵漏工作液动态固化过程中硬度变化的差异,确定了固化时间以及固结材料和固体填料对固化硬度的影响,简述了质构仪的构造、工作原理,分析了质构仪不同参数条件对测定结果的影响,建立了质构仪测定固化硬度的方法,并采用此方法对不同样品进行评价。结果表明:1)质构仪检测适宜的条件为:单次压缩模式、选用柱形探头、测试前速度为3 mm/s、测试速度为2 mm/s、测试后速度为2 mm/s、压缩位移为10 mm,且该方法重复性较好;2)不同堵漏工作液动态固化硬度变化和固化时间有明显差异;不同含量固结材料对固化有显著影响,含量越高,固化速度越快,固结体越硬;堵漏工作液中加入HD-2+云母+DF-A混合桥塞时硬度最高。
In order to evaluate the curing hardness of the plugging working fluid,the difference in the hardness changes during the dynamic curing process of different plugging working fluids was investigated,and the curing time and the effect of the curing material and solid filler on the curing hardness were determined.The structure and working principle of the texture analyzer are briefly described,and the influence of the different parameter conditions of the texture analyzer on the measurement results is analyzed.The method for determining the curing hardness of the texture analyzer is established,and this method is used to evaluate different samples.(1)Appropriate conditions for texture analyzer testing:single compression mode,cylindrical probe selected,speed before test is 3mm/s,test speed is 2 mm/s,after test speed is 2mm/s,compression displacement is 10 mm,and the method has good repeatability;(2)The dynamic curing hardness change and curing time of different plugging working fluids are obviously different;different content of consolidation materials have a significant effect on curing,the higher the content,the faster the curing speed.The harder the consolidated body is;the highest hardness is when HD-2+mica+DF-A mixed bridge plug is added to the plugging working fluid.
