Correlation analysis of different degree of renal impairment and thyroid function

摘要 目的 调查不同程度肾功能受损患者的肾功对甲状腺功能的相关影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年1月新疆医科大学第一附属医院肾病科住院治疗的250例肾功能不全患者作为研究对象,通过回顾性研究收集数据。分别依据患者肌酐水平,将患者分为肾功代偿组、肾功失代偿组(氮质血症组)、肾功衰竭组(尿毒症组);再依据24小时尿蛋白定量分为蛋白尿正常组、蛋白尿组、大量蛋白尿组。详细收集患者的的既往病史,检测相关临床检查结果指标等。结果 以肌酐为分组依据的统计检验中,FT3与血肌酐具有明显负相关性,P值为0.000;以蛋白尿为分组依据的统计检验中,FT3、FT4与血肌酐具有明显负相关性,P值分别为0.000和0.002,FT3、FT4对血肌酐有显著影响。结论 不同程度肾功能受损患者FT3与肌酐呈负相关,FT3、FT4与24h尿蛋白呈负相关。 Objective To investigate the effect of renal function on thyroid function in patients with different degree of renal function impairment. Methods A total of 250 patients with renal insufficiency hospitalized in the Department of Nephrology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the data were collected retrospectively. According to the creatinine level, the patients were divided into renal function compensatory group, renal function decompensation group(azotemia group), renal function failure group(uremia group).Then according to the 24 hours urine protein quantitative divided into normal albuminuria group, albuminuria group, large albuminuria group. The patient’s past medical history was collected in detail, and relevant clinical examination results were detected. Results In the statistical test based on creatinine grouping,FT3 had a significant negative correlation with serum creatinine(P = 0.000). In the statistical test based on proteinuria grouping, FT3, FT4and serum creatinine had a significant negative correlation, with P values of 0.000 and 0.002, respectively. FT3, FT4 had a significant effect on serum creatinine. Conclusions FT3 was negatively correlated with creatinine in patients with different degrees of renal function impairment, and FT3 and FT4 were negatively correlated with 24h urinary protein.
