摘要
随着油气井勘探开发的不断深入,管外窜槽已成为制约我国油田注水开发的障碍之一,而对管外窜通情况进行检测与评价是控制油井层间矛盾、维持注采平衡的重要手段。为了提高检测精度,设计了一种声波电磁传感器管外窜槽检测系统。首先,基于电磁法电阻率和声波法水泥胶结质量测试原理,利用电磁传感器和声波传感器进行联合测试,并对联合测试系统的软硬件进行设计和调试,形成了一体化检测装置;其次,研究了声波电磁多参数联合解释算法,可实现电阻率及水泥胶结状况的分层评价;最后,在胜利油田开展了现场实验。结果表明,该系统一次下井可测取包含套管、水泥环、储层参数等信息,可实现管外窜槽高分辨检测及精确定性评价,为封窜措施制定和油藏精细管理提供了重要依据。
With the development of exploration and development of oil and gas wells,channeling outside the pipe has become one of the obstacles restricting water injection development of oil fields in China.Detecting and evaluating the channeling outside the pipe is an important means to control the contradiction between the layers of oil wells and maintain the injection⁃production balance.In view of the above,a detection system(for channeling outside the pipe)based on acoustic and electromagnetic sensors is designed to improve the detection accuracy.On the basis of the principle of electromagnetic resistivity and cement bonding quality testing by acoustic wave,the electromagnetic sensor and acoustic wave sensor are used for joint testing,and the hardware and software of the joint testing system are designed and debugged to form an integrated testing device.The acoustic electromagnetic multi⁃parameter joint interpretation algorithm is studied,which can realize layered evaluation of resistivity and cement bonding state.Finally,the field experiment was carried out in Shengli Oilfield.The results show that the proposed system can acquire the information about casing,cement sheath and reservoir parameter in one trip,and realize high⁃resolution detection and accurate qualitative evaluation of channeling outside the pipe.Therefore,it provides an important basis for the preparation of channeling sealing measures and the fine management of oil reservoir.
