摘要
产教融合是我国职业教育人才培养的重要途径之一,是产业价值链和教育链的融合,是产业资源与教育资源的融合。基于微观角度,产教融合也是产业经济下高校与企业的深度融合、优势互补、共谋发展的跨领域合作。本文基于企业之间合作模式,提出三类产教融合模式:基于全价值链的战略型产教融合、基于优势共享的专业型产教融合、基于需求导向的单向型产教融合。
The industry-education integration is one of the important ways to cultivate talents in vocational education in China.It is the integration of the industrial value chain and the education chain,as well as the integration of industrial resources and educational resources.From the micro point of view,the industry-education integration is also a cross-fi eld cooperation of deep integration,complementary advantages and common development between universities and enterprises under the industrial economy.This paper analyzes three industry-education integration modes based on the cooperation mode between enterprises:strategic industry-education integration based on the whole value chain,professional industry-education integration based on sharing advantages,and unidirectional industry-education integration based on demand orientation.
