摘要
目的:采用响应面法优化了牛皮胶原蛋白复合膜的制作工艺,并通过超声辅助处理提升复合膜的性能。方法:综合评价胶原蛋白与壳聚糖比例、成膜液温度、甘油添加量对复合膜拉伸强度和最大伸长率的影响,根据Box-Benhnken进行实验设计与结果分析,对复合膜的制作工艺进行优化,以超声频率25 kHz,超声时间10 min,处理温度46℃对优化后成膜液进行处理。结果:复合膜的最佳制作工艺为胶原蛋白与壳聚糖比例1:1、成膜液温度46℃、甘油添加量25%,此条件下胶原蛋白复合膜的拉伸强度和最大伸长率分别为21.89 MPa和29.57%;超声处理后胶原蛋白复合膜拉伸强度增加6.53 MPa,最大伸长率增加8.39%,透光度增加0.08%,水蒸气透过率降低0.27 g/(m·s·Pa)·10^(–8)。
Objective:The response surface methodology was used to optimize the production process of the cowhide collagen composite membrane,and the performance of the composite membrane was improved through ultrasound-assisted processing.Methods:The effects of the ratio of collagen to chitosan,the temperature of the film-forming solution,and the amount of glycerin added on the tensile strength and maximum elongation of the composite membrane were comprehensively evaluated.According to Box-Benhnken,the experimental design and result analysis are carried out to make the composite membrane.The optimized film-forming solution was processed with ultrasonic frequency of 25 kHz,ultrasonic time of 10 minutes,and processing temperature of 46℃.Results:The best production process of the composite membrane is that the ratio of collagen to chitosan is 1:1,the temperature of the film forming solution is 46℃,and the amount of glycerol added is 25%.Under these conditions,the tensile strength and maximum elongation of the collagen composite membrane are 21.89 MPa and 29.57%;after ultrasonic treatment,the tensile strength of the collagen composite membrane increased by 6.53 MPa,the maximum elongation increased by 8.39%,the light transmittance increased by 0.08%,and the water vapor transmission rate decreased by 0.27 g/(m·s·Pa)·10^(–8).
