一种自动化中药壶的设计

摘要 针对中药熬制中加水量和剩余水量控制繁琐的问题,设计了一种自动化中药熬制装置。采用CS1270称重芯片方案,多传感器实时监测药汁剩余量,达到自动停止加热的效果。采用晶闸管控制技术和市电相位检测技术,精准控制加热功率。另外,设计了电源电路、干烧检测电路和光电隔离电路,保证整机安全稳定运行。验证试验表明该装置能安全稳定实现自动化熬制,极大方便用户。 In view of the cumbersome control of water addition and residual water in the boiling of traditional Chinese medicine,an automatic boiling device of traditional Chinese medicine was designed.CS1270weighing chip scheme is adopted,and multi-sensor is used to monitor the remaining amount of medicine juice in real time,so as to automatically stop heating.The heating power is accurately controlled by thyristor control technology and mains phase detection technology.In addition,the power supply circuit,dry burning detection circuit and photoelectric isolation circuit are designed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the whole machine.The verification test shows that the device can safely and stably realize automatic boiling,which is very convenient for users.
