摘要
选取2013—2020年煤炭企业沪深A股上市公司数据为研究样本,运用面板回归模型实证分析环境不确定性对煤炭企业技术创新的影响,并结合高阶梯队理论引入高管研发背景作为调节变量,分析高管研发背景对环境不确定性与企业技术创新关系的调节作用。研究结果表明:煤炭企业环境不确定性与技术创新呈负相关关系,高管研发背景与企业的技术创新显著正相关,并正向调节环境不确定性对企业技术创新的负面影响。
Selecting the data of listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share companies from 2013 to 2020 in the coal industry as the research sample,using the panel regression model to empirically analyze the impact of environmental uncertainty on the technological innovation of coal enterprises,and combining the high-level team theory to introduce executives R&D background as adjustment variables,to analyze the moderating effect of executive R&D background on the relationship between environmental uncertainty and corporate technological innovation.The research results show that the environmental uncertainty of coal enterprises is negatively correlated with technological innovation,and the R&D background of executives is significantly positively correlated with technological innovation of enterprises,and positively moderates the negative impact of environmental uncertainty on technological innovation of enterprises.
