摘要
【目的】在掌握土地利用变化对生态系统服务价值影响的基础上,以“三生空间”视角分析其中内在联系,为国土规划提供参考,促进区域土地系统与自然生态系统的长期协调发展。【方法】基于“三生”用地分类体系,对长江流域上游重庆段的用地功能变化进行研究,以当量因子法计算重庆市生态系统服务价值并从不同角度分析变化特征,最后引入传统、交叉敏感性系数检验生态系统服务价值结果。【结果】1) 1990—2020年重庆市生活生产用地变化速率最快,其他建设用地波动最为剧烈,草地减少明显。2)以林地为主的生态生产空间对重庆市生态系统服务价值总额贡献最大,渝东南和渝东北地区是生态系统服务高等级区域,以中心城区为主的生态系统服务价值低等级区域以各区为中心向外不断扩张。3) 1990—2020年重庆市生态系统调节服务占比最大,未来的生态文明建设工程需要注重水源涵养与水文调节及相关的其他服务类型。4)林地、草地对重庆市生态系统服务价值具有显著影响。【结论】目前重庆市生态环境建设速率小于人口增长速率,在进行城市规划时应优先保护生态生产用地,修复受到破坏的生态用地、生产生态用地,以主城区为核心的生活生产用地是未来生态修复的重点区域,需在今后制定合理的国土空间规划。
[Purposes]On the basis of grasping the impact of land use change on ecosystem service value, the internal relationship was analyzed from the perspective of ecological-production-living spaces to provide reference for land planning and promote the long-term coordinated development of regional land system and natural ecological system. [Methods]Based on the ecological-production-living land classification system, the change of land use function in Chongqing section of the upper reaches of the Yangtze river basin was studied. The equivalent factor method was used to calculate the ecosystem service value of Chongqing and analyze its change characteristics from different angles. Finally, the traditional and cross-sensitivity coefficients were introduced to test the results of ecosystem service value. [Findings]1) From 1990 to 2020, the change rate of production and living land in Chongqing was the fastest, and the fluctuation of other construction land was the most intense, and the grassland decreased significantly. 2) The ecological production space dominated by woodland contributes the most to the total value of ecosystem services in Chongqing. Southeast Chongqing and Northeast Chongqing are high-level regions of ecosystem services, and low-level regions dominated by main urban areas continue to expand outward with its center.3) The proportion of ecosystem regulation services in Chongqing is the largest in the 31 years.The future ecological civilization construction projects need to pay attention to water conservation, hydrological regulation and other related service types. 4) Forest land and grassland have significant influence on ecosystem service value in Chongqing. [Conclusions]At present, the rate of ecological environment construction in Chongqing is less than the rate of population growth. In urban planning, priority should be given to protect ecological production land, repairing damaged ecological land and production ecological land. The living and production land with the main urban area as the core is the key area of ecological restoration in the future. It is necessary to formulate reasonable land and space planning in the future.
