附加子结构在板柱体系抗震加固中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文结合板柱体系结构改造工程,分析了既有建筑存在的问题,包括结构体系抗震冗余度差、层间变形过大、结构碰撞,以及抗震设防类别提高、楼层存在高差不便残疾人使用等问题。针对这些问题,遵循“先体系,后构件、先整体,后局部”的原则,采取了附加子结构(带框钢支撑)加固方法,以改变原有结构体系、解决层间位移和扭转变形过大问题,从而提高结构抗震性能;通过调平楼板标高,以减少错层的不利影响,并采取相应的构造措施,确保后续使用年限结构的安全。 Through the specific slab-column system structural renovation project, this paper analyzes the problems about existing buildings, including poor seismic redundancy of the structural system, oversized story drift, the structural collisions, as well as problems arising from the improvement of seismic fortification categories, and the inconvenient use for the disabled caused by the height difference between floors. In view of the existing problems, following the principle of " the structural system first and then its component, overall system first and then its details", the attached substructures(steel brace with frame) is adopted to change the structural system, solve the problems of oversized story drift and torsional effect, thereby improving the seismic performance of the structure;The floor elevation is adjusted to reduce the adverse effects of split level, and corresponding structural measures are taken to ensure the structural safety of the subsequent service life.
