摘要
建立了印染废水中联苯胺的固相萃取-液相色谱串联质谱的分析方法。样品经HLB固相萃取小柱净化和富集。以乙腈/水为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,在ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)上进行分离,以多反应监测正离子模式进行检测,外标法定量。该方法在联苯胺为0.03~5.0μg/L呈良好的线性关系,样品回收率为93.0%~102.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.21%~3.57%,方法的定量限为0.003μg/L,检出限为0.001μg/L。方法灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于印染废水中联苯胺的监测。
A method is developed for the determination of benzidine in dyeing wastewater by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The samples are purified and enriched by HLB solid phase extraction column. The liquid chromatography separation is performed on a ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(100 mm × 2.1 mm,1.7μm) with a linear gradient elution program of acetonitrile/water as the mobile phase. Electrospray ionization is applied and operated in the positive ion mode, using external standard as quantitative method. The method has a good linearity in the range of 0.03-5.0 μg/L, the recovery rate is 93.0%-102.4%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 1.21%-3.57%. The limit of quantitation(LOQ) and limit of detection(LOD) for benzidine are0.001μg/L and 0.003μg/L, respectively. The method is sensitive and reproducible, and can be used for the monitoring of benzidine in dyeing wastewater.
